EPA Rule 40 CFR 63 Subpart HHHHHH Goes Into Effect January 10, 2011.
COLORS ON PARADE IS COMPLIANT.
On January 10, 2011, a new EPA rule (40 CFR 63, Subpart HHHHHH) becomes effective. This rule was enacted to protect our environment from specific hazardous air pollutants which can be emitted when automotive paint refinishing
products are sprayed.
Because Colors on Parade is the leader in mobile onsite paint repair services in the United States, we are committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local agencies regarding air quality issues. Let me assure you that WE ARE AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO BE COMPLIANT.

If you are using a paint vendor other than Colors on Parade I encourage you to address this EPA rule with your current vendor.
